The challenge
HTS does four things that most contractors split across four suppliers: highway technology, street lighting, intrusive testing and highways electrical. Online, that breadth read as vagueness rather than capability. The brief was to make the one-stop-shop range legible to a specifier in seconds, put HERS accreditation and National Highways credibility up front, and stay visually consistent with Procon and Civcon, the sibling Fructus Group sites we already build and maintain.
Our approach
We led the architecture with the four disciplines rather than a generic services list, so a visitor lands knowing exactly what HTS covers. The copy stayed plain and specifier-facing, the words Mike wanted: clean, and to the point. HERS accreditation and the four-depot network sit where they carry weight. The build is WordPress on Bricks, engineered mobile-first, and aligned to the Fructus Group visual language so the three group sites read as one company.
