Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed in writing before any production starts.
Payment
50% on signature, 50% on launch. Net 14 days. Late payment carries statutory interest under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
IP
All deliverables transfer to the client on final payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to cancellation is invoiced pro rata.
