How a UGC campaign runs.

Five steps, written down before anything is filmed, with you approving the creator and the script.

  1. 01
Brief. What you sell, who buys it, and the one thing the video has to make someone feel or do.
  2. 02
    Creator match

A shortlist of creators who already speak to your customers. You approve every one.

  3. 03
    Scripted hooks

Three openings per idea, written to stop the scroll in the first two seconds.

  4. 04
    Shoot & cut

Filmed by the creator in their own voice, cut into 9:16 edits for Reels, Stories and TikTok.

  5. 05
    Run & learn

Tested as organic posts and paid ads, then the winners get the budget.

What you get back.

Edits you own and can run anywhere you have agreed, not a single post that disappears in a day.

  • 9:16 editsReels, Stories and TikTok cuts of every video
  • 3 hooks per ideaDifferent openings to test against each other
  • Raw footageKept for future edits and new ads
  • Usage in writingWhere it runs, for how long, paid or organic
01What is UGC, and how is it different from influencer marketing?

UGC is short video made in a real person's voice for you to run as your own content and ads. Influencer marketing is a creator posting to their own audience. One gives you ad creative you own; the other borrows someone else's following. Most small businesses get more from the first.

02Do I need a big influencer to make this work?

No. Smaller creators with an engaged, local or niche audience usually fit a small business better, cost far less and feel more believable. Reach is not the point; the right people watching to the end is.

03Who owns the videos?

You do, for the usage agreed in writing before anyone films: where it runs, for how long, and whether it can be used in paid ads. Nothing is posted or boosted without that being signed off first.

04Can the videos run as Meta or TikTok ads?

Yes, that is usually the best use of them. Creator-style video tends to sit naturally in the feed, and we cut each piece into hooks and lengths that suit Reels, Stories and TikTok, then test them against each other.

05How do you choose the creators?

On fit before follower count: who already talks to your customers, how they speak, and whether they would genuinely use what you sell. You see and approve every creator before anything is agreed.

06How is it measured?

On what it produces for you: enquiries, bookings or sales where they can be tracked, and watch-through and cost per result where they cannot. Likes on their own are not the report.
