Body · OutfitPontefract Padel is building two covered padel courts in the grounds of Rogerthorpe Manor, Badsworth. It needed a brand and a website in place before the first game is played.
There was no website, no codebase and no colour specification: a logo, three photographs and a written brand brief. The site also had to go live mid-build, so it could not take bookings, quote prices or promise opening hours that do not exist yet.
The design system came first: palette, type, photography rules and a dry, short-sentence voice, all drawn from those sources. The site was designed against it and launched as an honest pre-opening site: what padel is, the four rules a newcomer needs, the two courts, the build and where to find it.
Every build on this site has its own page with the same figures, the same decisions and the same client's words.
