Is Stay Ahead available without a build?
No. We only retainer sites we built. Other studios' work is too unpredictable to maintain at our price point.

What counts as 'two hours of updates'?
Anything short of structural redesign. Copy edits, image swaps, new sections, plugin updates, security patches, performance tuning. Two hours is enough for most monthly maintenance loads.

What if I need more than two hours?
Additional hours billed at £85/hr, agreed in advance. Or upgrade to a higher retainer tier on request.

Is the blog post written or edited?
Written. By David. Long-form (1,000–1,500 words), SEO-optimized, with the byline and structured data. Published to your site and to your social channels if you want.

What's in the monthly report?
Search Console + Analytics summary, conversion data, page-speed scores, content performance, and the priority list for the next month.

Can I cancel?
Three-month minimum. After that, 30 days notice to cancel. We will not lock you into multi-year contracts.

Do you do paid media on Stay Ahead?
Not on Stay Ahead. Paid media is scoped separately as a custom engagement, with its own monthly minimum (£1,500). We do not run small paid budgets because they do not produce meaningful results.

What if I want to leave?
You keep the site, the WordPress access, all hosting credentials, and every asset we ever created. There is no lock-in.
